Turn off

The hidden emptiness
she was aware of
but chose to simmer it
That smoky voice which still spoke to her she chose not to heed
The comfy sweater in her cupboard
Smelled of his scent
She packed and kept it out of reach
The intimate letters, emails, flowers
Spelled his name
She discarded all into the bin
Everything that reminded and belonged him
Gifts, Clothes and even memories
She buried them forever
All except a simple nostalgic picture of them two remained in a cover of a photo album.
