She stood near the bridge
Watching the water flowing swiftly
Balancing her files in one hand
And clutching her handbag in another
The cool breeze curled her hair onto her cheeks
Made her eyes blink
And marooned inside her long overcoat.
She dropped her files down scaring two birds sitting on the railings
and chuckled as the papers got scattered and drowned one by one
She reached out for her purse and flicked it out
Smiled at her face in the reflected waters
And jumped down from the bridge
Her eyes looked above in a peaceful tone
Sinking deeper as her body immersed in
