A lean figure he sat immersed in his thoughts
creasing his brows together
Simply dressed in pale blue clothes
he rested his head up on a armchair
He had nothing to boast of
no handsome looks or six pack abs
even his hair fell dryly on one side
without being spiked or worth calling it cool
Flesh on his bones clung enough to comfort him
and smile appeared for fraction before being
further ridiculed.
Who would care for his humility or his genuineness
in this world
where gimmicks and superficial living is treated
better and preferred?
He ain't any popular or socially tagged as being
smart
yet the simplicity he carried weighed too much for
him, a real painful curse.
His calm composed face didn't reflect his innermost
feelings
rather he quietly burned the turmoiled ashes deep
inside his soul
Who would anyways care for a heart that he had
Spiked with love and packed with dozens of good
deeds
A heart that knew how to beat for others
sacrificing his own happiness or dreams?
