SHADE OF HOPE

The tree welcomes by clapping its hands (leaves),
Across the river from where it stands.
Gives refuge to everyone under its shade,
Even during times when its hands turn fade.
Lush greenery is visible all around,
It’s not alone, friends standing tall surround.
A daily routine is thanking the Sun,
For its loyal duty that it never shuns.
The trees feet are too many and yet so strong,
Though feel pity during hunger for food when they long.
Brighten each day by its sweet rendition,
So enthralling is each of its definition.
It provides a dwelling to the birds that stay,
And showers gifts where kids love to play.
The fruits, they carry on their shoulder which they have borne,
Is the most treasured gift each of them rightfully own.
They stand against all the odds together,
Facing fall, spring, autumn or any other weather.
Without any prejudice, they are ready to give,
Coz of its existence, it lets others live!!!
